Грузия и Россия: От шаткого примирения к разрыву?

Бидзина Иванишвили, став премьер-министром Грузии после победы своей коалиции «Грузинская мечта» на парламентских выборах в октябре 2012 г., пообещал значительно улучшить грузино-российские отношения. Объявление грузинского правительства о «перезагрузке» доставило, должно быть, большое удовольствие Кремлю. Кроме того, новый подход к внешней политике вызвал активные дебаты среди грузинских экспертов относительно того, как новая политическая ситуация в Грузии может повлиять на российско-грузинские отношения, которые из-за войны 2008 года достигли низшей точки.

При этом, хотя новое правительство и готово начать диалог с Россией для обсуждения сохраняющихся в двусторонних отношениях проблем и укрепления связей с Москвой, Тбилиси определил пределы, дальше которых переговоры не пойдут. Одновременно с тем как новое грузинское руководство старается привлечь Россию, вдыхая жизнь в торговые, культурные и гуманитарные связи, в дипломатических отношениях будут оставаться определённые проблемы – до тех пор пока Россия оккупирует международно признанную территорию Грузии. Помимо этого, Тбилиси определил ещё одну бескомпромиссную сферу: свободу выбирать себе союзников. Тем временем, Москва определила собственные границы переговорного пространства: российский министр иностранных дел Сергей Лавров несколько раз подтвердил, что Россия не намерена отказываться от признания независимости Абхазии и Южной Осетии. Новый российско-грузинский диалог смягчит напряжённую риторику в двусторонних отношениях, но маловероятно, что он приведёт к полноценным изменениям в позициях Тбилиси и Москвы.
