(Сайт МГИМО(у)) 28 мая в Бишкеке (Киргизия) прошел неформальный саммит Организации Договора о коллективной безопасности (ОДКБ). О значении и итогах встречи — в комментарии доцента кафедры мировых политических процессов, научного сотрудника Центра постсоветских исследований Юлии Никитиной.

Из шести государств-членов на встрече были представлены лишь четыре — Россия и три центральноазиатские страны. Президенты Белоруссии и Армении не приняли участие в мероприятии, что вызвало значительный интерес в прессе на фоне относительной закрытости информации о содержании результатов встречи. В основном комментарии сводятся к тому, что президентов Армении и Белоруссии могло не заинтересовать содержание саммита — проблемы безопасности Центральной Азии после выводы войск НАТО из Афганистана в 2014 году.
